Season passes are refundable if they are cancelled prior
to Nov. 1 2021.
Oct. 31, unused season passes are refundable only for medical
or due to relocation
and the amount refunded is on a pro-rated scale depending on when the
must be accompanied by a doctors certificate. Refunds due to relocation
supported by a letter from your employer outlining the date and location
The pro-rated refund scale is:
- Prior to Nov. 13 2021 - 100%
- Prior to Dec. 18 2021 - 75%
- Prior to Jan. 17 2022 - 50%
- Prior to Feb. 14 2022 - 25%
- After Feb. 13 2022 - 0%
After Oct. 31, season passes that have been used are not eligible for a refund.
However, the season pass will be credited or transferred to the 2022-2023 season
if the passholder is injured and cannot come skiing or snowboarding. A written request
must be accompanied by a doctors certificate and must be made prior to Jan.
If the ski hill is closed for the season due to COVID-19, then passholders are
eligible for a refund based on subtracting the passholders usage at full-day
ticket prices from the passholders purchase price.
If the ski hill is closed for a period of time but not the entire season due to
COVID-19, then no refund
or credit will be provided.
